 With the integral approach, a new world view appears on the horizon. A paradigm that includes previous worldviews and goes far beyond them. It is an evolutionary approach, according to which development is permanent, gradual and never complete. Organisational competence building therefore means to develop those abilities to be able to consciously participate in the permanent change that is taking place. As an extension to the systemic paradigm, the integral view provides a map with which every complex corporate reality can be perceived in a finer and more differentiated way. Based on this deeper perception, the underlying causes become conscious. Necessary change activities can be initiated in a targeted, precise and highly effective manner.

In a personal experience process, the participants pass through competence levels that reflect their development up to the integral. Through this journey, each participant’s individual potential is stimulated and it becomes clear which correlations exist to the development of an organisation. It becomes obvious that the integral approach encourages the development of a new paradigm, which offers much more possibilities for action and allows innovative power to emerge from within itself.
