Felix is a junior imu and an integral summit mountaineer. He has put together his method kit from many imu trainings and the HPI School of Design Thinking and is constantly expanding it. What is really important to him is to help shape a working world in which humanity and the development of potential comes first. He is in exactly the right place at imu, because the warmth and joy of experimentation of his colleagues gives him strength every day.
