In his work as a consultant and coach since 2007, he has focused primarily on leadership development, change management and agile innovation and transformation processes. The basis for this is an integral understanding of organizations. His main focuses are: Innovation coaching, integral team and organizational development and individual coaching. His coaching philosophy is to accept people and their needs, to meet them where they are and to provide them with effective tools for personal development. With mutual respect and appreciation, a strong sense of unity and solidarity is created, which enables individual potential to be developed. He studied economics and social sciences at the University of Augsburg and at the Universidade de Coimbra, Portugal (main focus: production & logistics, environmental management, social psychology). With his PhD on constructive conflict management in family businesses, he combined interdisciplinary insights from economics and political science. He has also completed various training courses in the areas of systemic consulting and integral coaching. As an employee in a medium-sized production company, he was able to gain experience in reorganisation and organisational development, as well as in logistics and materials management. Today he is managing partner of imu augsburg GmbH & Co. KG and lives with his family in Augsburg.
