Integral Organisational Development
For us, organisational development is a multi-layered approach to aligning companies in a new and sustainable way. A strong, meaningful and authentic picture of the future opens up development perspectives for the organisation and creates orientation. Relevant processes, products, technologies, organisational structures, leadership behaviour, cultures of encounter and inner attitudes are constantly being questioned how they could fit into the future picture and developed further in a targeted manner. Without grounding a holistic, continuous development, companies cannot remain successful in current times.

The integral organizational development has been developed significantly by imu in cooperation with hundreds of companies and several research projects, financed by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
